Falls In The Month Of : May Or The Early Part Of June
Eruvaka is a festival, which is especially
celebrated by the farmers of coastal areas of Andhra
Pradesh. It is celebrated on 'Eruvaka Purnima', which falls either
in May or in the early part of the June when farmers embellish their
cattle and implements, sow samples of seed called "Navadhanya"
and pray for good harvest.
